Submission Guidelines (ICIC-24)
ICIC 2024 seeks conference papers comprising of maximum 6-8 pages, including references, from all the students and practitioners.
Ethics and Review Policy

We have a strict plagiarism policy and the submitted articles should have less than 16% plagiarism.

The conference will follow double blind peer review process, so the authors are not supposed to write their names and affiliations on the submitted manuscripts.

In order to ensure the quality and avoid any bias, every paper will be reviewed by at least 2 reviewers before making a final decision.

All the accepted articles should be presented in the conference, and the articles not presented in the conference shall not be included in the final proceedings.
Conference Paper
Conference paper should describe novel contributions in disciplines related to Computing. Submissions should cover the work that has a sound scientific/technological basis and has been validated. Submissions to ICIC must conform to the stated formatting and submission instructions (details are provided below), and must not exceed 6-8 pages (see IEEE Xplore) including the main text, inclusive of figures, tables, appendices, references etc.
At least one author must register for the conference by the deadline for camera-ready copy submission. Moreover, it is expected that at least one author will attend the conference to present the paper.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements

How to Submit
All the submissions must be in .pdf format. Make sure that you are using the correct IEEE Xplore style file. For word and latex conference proceeding templates visit this Link https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
The following naming convention must be followed for the submission files:
For Conference paper: Conf_ICIC24_<First Author’s Last Name>
Papers must be submitted electronically through the Microsoft CMT online submission system by the deadline stated below.
Extended Date for Full Paper Submission: 12th October, 2024
Papers, when properly formatted, must not exceed the size limit. Submissions that do not comply with the foregoing instructions and size limits will be desk rejected without review.
The names and ordering of authors in the camera ready version cannot be modified from the ones in the submitted version. The title can be changed only if required by the reviewers and the new title must be accepted by the conference chairs.
