Camera-Ready Submission Guidelines

Step 1: Camera-Ready Requirements

1. Please follow IEEE two-column A4 size standard conference format for preparing your final manuscript. The paper must not contain 1st, 2nd, Dr., Mr., Prof. etc. in the author’s name. Also, no author biography at the end. For more details please visit: https://icic.umt.edu.pk/ICIC-Paper-Templates.zip.
2. Revised Version: Paper must be revised based on reviewers’ comments/suggestions. The reviewer’s comments are already notified through email and also available in the CMT paper submission site. The authors are expected to make sure that the comments of the reviewers/meta-reviewers have been addressed in the final camera-ready paper.
3. The maximum page limit is six pages including references. An extra two pages (i.e. maximum of 8 pages) may be allowed with an over-length page charge of Rs. 2000 / $ 15 per page.
4. Similarity with other papers should be low (i.e. a similarity index below 19 % and 5% from a single source is only acceptable for publication in IEEE Xplore). The maximum File Size allowed is 3 MB and the file format is Adobe PDF (.pdf) without any encryption and/or passwords.
5. Author List and Paper Title: The author list as well as the paper title in your final paper submission must remain the same as those in the accepted version. Any change in the author list or paper title is forbidden.

Step 2: Before Creating a PDF

1. Add the copyright notice to the bottom left of the first page of your source document (final camera-ready paper). The copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-5804-8/25/$31.00 ©2025 IEEE
2. Please see the word template by clicking ICIC2025-Copyright-Template for help placing the copyright notice on the first page of the paper only.
3. Proofread your final camera-ready paper thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
4. Creating your IEEE PDF eXpress account:
5. Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site:https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
6. New users: Create a new account using the Conference ID: 68258, your email address, and a password
7. Follow the prompts to complete your account setup.
8. Previous users can log in directly using the Conference ID, email, and password.
9. After revising your paper, pass it through PDF eXpress and download your paper (PIDxx) upon successful processing.

Step 3: Paper Submission

1. Submit the final version of the paper (after passing it through PDF express check) through CMT https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICIC2025.
2. Rename the file to PIDAAA (where AAA is your paper ID) before submission to CMT account.
3. Ensure that all authors have been added as authors/co-authors in the CMT submission site.

 Step 4: Submission of the Copyright Form

1. The corresponding or primary author must log in to their CMT account.
2.  Under the Actions tab for the submission, click “Submit IEEE Copyright Form.”
3.  A page will open displaying the paper details for IEEE Copyright Form submission.
4.  The system will automatically redirect the author to the IEEE eCF website to complete the copyright form — no manual link entry is required.
5. After filling out the form and agreeing to the copyright terms, the author will have the option to download the completed IEEE Copyright Form in PDF format. (It will also be emailed to the corresponding author.)
6. The completed copyright PDF must then be uploaded back to the CMT account.
7.  The corresponding author can submit the copyright form on behalf of all co-authors. Submission of the copyright form is mandatory to complete the paper submission process.
