Author Guidelines

Submission Guidelines (ICIC-2025)

ICIC 2025 seeks conference papers comprising a maximum of 6 pages, including references, from all students and practitioners.

Ethics and Review Policy
  • We have a strict plagiarism policy; submitted articles should have less than 9% plagiarism.
  • The conference follows a double-blind peer review process, so authors should not include their names or affiliations in the manuscripts.
  • Each paper will be reviewed by at least two reviewers to ensure quality and avoid bias.
  • All accepted papers must be presented at the conference; papers not presented will not be included in the final proceedings.
Conference Paper

Conference papers should describe novel contributions in disciplines related to Computing. Submissions should have a strong scientific or technological foundation and be properly validated. Papers must conform to the IEEE Xplore format and must not exceed 6 pages (including figures, tables, appendices, and references).

At least one author must register for the conference by the camera-ready submission deadline and attend the conference to present the paper.

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

How to Submit

Ensure you are using the correct IEEE Xplore style file. Download templates for Word and LaTeX conference proceedings from the following link:

The following naming convention must be followed for the submission files:

Conf_ICIC25_<First Author’s Last Name>

Papers must be submitted electronically through the Microsoft CMT online submission system by the deadline stated below.

Extended Date for Full Paper Submission: 30th September, 2025

Note: Submissions that do not comply with the formatting and size requirements will be desk-rejected without review.

The names and order of authors in the camera-ready version cannot be modified. Title changes are allowed only if required by reviewers and approved by conference chairs.
